In addition to our Ashtanga program, we offer complementary Hatha yoga, Yin and Pranayama classes designed to support your body, calm the mind, and enhance overall well-being.

Ashtanga Yoga — A Dynamic Path of Breath, Movement & Focus

Ashtanga follows a flowing, disciplined format that builds strength, flexibility, and mental clarity through repetition and progression.

Hatha Yoga – Balance, Strength, and Awareness

Hatha Yoga is a traditional and accessible form of yoga that emphasizes mindful movement, conscious breathing, and the balance between effort and ease.

Yin Yoga – Stillness, Surrender, and Deep Release

Yin Yoga is a meditative and deeply restorative practice that targets the connective tissues of the body — ligaments, fascia, and joints — through long-held, passive poses.

Pranayama – Breath-centered, calming, transformative

Pranayama is a meditation style class focused on breath control techniques to harmonise the body, mind and spirit.

Our studio is a warm, welcoming sanctuary dedicated to personal growth through yoga practice. At the heart of our schedule is a consistent Mysore program, offered five days a week Mysore program, Led class on Saturdays and year-round, providing space for self-paced, deeply personal practice in the spirit of the traditional Ashtanga method.

Student’s testimonials

I am Nika’s hatha student for more than a year. I must say, I tried practicing with other teachers and to me Nika’s approach is the best because she puts attention, the practice itself always has specific flow including all asana spector (standing asanas, sitting asanas, backwards asanas etc), which is crucial for me. After her mindful classes my whole body feels relief and my mental health is getting better too. If you’re looking for a dedicated teacher, want to go deeper in asanas and improve your practice - Nika is the one and only. 🧚

Nika's student more than 1 year

Veronica has completely transformed the way I see yoga. Thanks to her, I discovered Ashtanga yoga — something I probably would’ve never tried on my own. Even though I'm far from being an early bird and hardly ever able to make it to a morning class, I keep practicing on my own, and it has become such an important part of my life. It helps me stay grounded, clear my head, and reconnect with myself.

"It was a year ago when I attended a Hatha yoga class with Veronika for the first time. It was also the first time for me to try a real yoga practice, not the one you see in some gym’s fitness schedule. What can I say? Since then, I have never had a thought of giving up the practice. Dedication, comfort, gentle attention to your body, readiness to share the exact amount of theory about yoga that you are ready to consume - these are the main things you should expect from Veronika. Very big thank you for helping me find yoga and making it a part of my daily life 🌱🤍"

Nika is a brilliant teacher with an eagle eye – she always sees me and knows what I am capable of better than I do.

Joining her Ashtanga classes over two years ago has been the best thing for my physical and mental health. I can't recommend her enough!

"I started my yoga journey with Veronika some time ago, and it’s been the best decision. Her classes are always perfectly balanced, and I leave feeling strong, calm, and refreshed every time.

So grateful to keep growing with her!"

"I've been practicing with Nika for over two years now, and I can honestly say — this is so much more than just yoga. It’s about care, acceptance, and that special space you always want to return to. Nika has an incredible gift for sensing, supporting, and gently guiding each person. Her classes feel like a soft embrace — your body feels grateful, your mind calms down, and your heart warms up.
If you're looking for a place where yoga is not just about poses, but about coming home to yourself and practicing with deep care — this is exactly where you need to be 🧘"
